Granted, there are many individuals/floor cleaning companies in the Maryland area who have obtained experience through many years of servicing floors. However, we believe by continuously wanting to improve and keep up to date with the best methods available, we set ourselves apart from other companies who are stuck using the same floor stripping & waxing methods from 20 years back. Going the extra mile and becoming certified in the floor cleaning industry, we believe, show our customers that we care enough to take that extra step to ensure we are providing them with the best service possible.

Our company is located in Montgomery County, Maryland. Primarily, we offer Floor Stripping & Waxing Services to both Commercial & Residential Clients. We are more than happy to offer free onsite estimates (depending on location) where one of our floor technicians will come to your facility or residential home and take accurate measurements of the areas your would like serviced. Upon completion of measurement, you will be provided with a hard copy estimate (estimates are emailed when working with high square footage's or projects that are beyond our "standard" floor cleaning process and/or special request made from customers in order for us to completely access work scope.

We do our absolute best avoid price rate changes as we do not believe in hidden charges however, price rates given are based on information provided by the customer and in some circumstances, information given over the phone does not match what is seen once we are actually onsite so please be sure to answer questions as accurately as possible to avoid surprises on both ends :) If the scope of work changes, we will have no choice but to adjust the price. Our customers are NEVER under any obligation to proceed if they are unsatisfied with the quote. Our workers will not begin until the customer is comfortable with our floor cleaning process and has agreed to the price rate.
