Floor Waxing is the last step in our floor cleaning service. Once the floor is completely free of dirt, dust, & debris, our floor cleaning technician strategically applies thin coats of a high solids floor finish using up to date methods (avoiding sloppy finish splashing on baseboards and walls) & allowing ample drying time in between coats to ensure even coverage. Our high quality & durable finish already includes sealant so the floor is sealed & waxed all at the same time!

We know scheduling floor maintenance & floor care at any facility can be challenging. Especially during business hours, which is why we offer evening hours and well as overnight hours.

QUESTIONS USUALLY ASKED ABOUT OUR FLOOR WAXING SERVICES:

1. How long is the dry time?

A: The dry time will depend on many factors; humidity, outside temperature, air flow inside of facility etc.

2. How soon can floor receive foot traffic?

A: Floor is usually ready for light foot traffic in 2-3 hours

3. Can we place mats/rugs back into position right away?

A: We suggest waiting at least 24 hours. Although our floor finish in dried within 45 minutes to an hour after the last coat, it is not completely cured and replacing mats/rugs or other furniture without being extremely careful can cause damage to the recently applied floor wax/finish.

4. How often should I have my floors waxed?

A: This is always a tricky question because it truly all depends on your foot traffic on a day to day basis and your personal preference on how shiny you'd like to keep your floors. If your floors are maintained properly, you could have a maintenance service which consist of a high-speed buffing to bounce back the shine.
